Return Policy

Each product in our store is made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Because of this, we can only accept returns or replacements for certain issues. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us as soon as possible within 30 days of delivery at contact.annacara@gmail.com with:

 - Your order number

 - A brief description of the issue

 - Clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition received, unworn and unused. Original packaging is helpful where available.

Wrong Size / Change of Mind

Because each item is printed specifically for you, we can’t offer returns or exchanges for:

  - Wrong size or color ordered

  - Change of mind

Please double-check our size guides on each product page before ordering.

Returns Address

Do not send items back to our return address or to Printful without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

If a return is approved, we’ll provide you with the correct return instructions.

Refunds

Refunds (when applicable) are processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card issuer to complete the refund. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact.annacara@gmail.com

European Union Orders

Our products are made to order through print-on-demand and are considered customised goods. Under EU consumer law, customised goods are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. This does not affect your right to a replacement or refund if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
