Order Processing

All orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful.

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary during peak seasons. You'll receive a confirmation email when you place an order.

Processing times do not include shipping time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Please note: These delivery estimates are provided by Printful. Delays may occur due to high demand, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Anna Cara is a UK-based sole trader and is not VAT registered. We do not charge or collect VAT at checkout.

Because orders are fulfilled and shipped internationally, customers may be required to pay VAT, customs duties, or import taxes imposed by their local authorities upon delivery.

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or control these charges.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us at contact.annacara@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with Printful to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return Policy.

Returns & Exchanges

Since each product is made to order, we can only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the problem. Returns must not be sent without prior authorisation. If a return is approved, we will provide further instructions.
